通过对国内外化妆品监督管理的回顾,从物质管理及风险分析的角度探讨了化妆品进行安全性管理的必要性,为今后化妆品安全监督管理提供了思路。
From the insights into substance management and risk analysis,the necessities of safety management on cosmetics were discussed through the review of cosmetic regulations around the world.Some suggestions and ideas were provided for cosmetics future development.
