摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel),对TiO2及Ag-TiO2凝胶过程进行研究.利用钛酸丁酯作为TiO2前驱体和钛源、硝酸银作为银源、硅烷偶联剂作为分散剂,在pH恒定条件下,利用不同制作工艺对样品进行处理,并用扫描电镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)、X射线衍射仪(X-raydiffraction,XRD)、激光粒度仪(nanoparticle size analyzer)和紫外-可见光分光光度计(ultravioletand visible spectro-photometer,UV-vis)分别对样品进行表征.结果表明:当Ag与TiO2摩尔质量控制在5%的比值时,将样品在50℃水浴恒温搅拌、干燥,并添加0.3mL硅烷偶联剂,在600℃热处理下,制备的Ag-TiO2样品其光学吸收带加宽,整体吸收增加.
The processes of TiO2 and Ag-TiO2 colloid prepared by sol-gel method is investigated.Keeping pH value steady and production processes different,the samples are prepared by using tetrabutyl titanate as precursor of titanium source,AgNO3 as silver source and KH—550 as dispersing source.The samples are tested and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),nanoparticle size analyzer and ultraviolet and visible spectro-photometer(UV-vis).The results show that the absorption band of Ag-TiO2 sample widen and its absorption strength increase on the preparation conditions: the ratio of mole mass of Ag to TiO2 is 5% and mixing KH—550 with 0.3 milliliter,stirring and dehydrate at 50 ℃,and heat at 600 ℃.
