Developing and manufacturing cosmeceuticals are new hi-tech developmental model for cosmetic enterprises.This paper discussed the concept,efficacy,classification,core materials as well as the formular principle of cosmeceuticals,and put forwarded some ideas and suggestions for cosmetic enterprises.
