Brief Analysis of Accounts about Rural Economic Structural Reform in 12 County (City) Records

如何记述农村经济体制改革,是第二轮志书的新课题。本文就已经出版的12部第二轮县(市)志中关于农村经济体制改革的记述,从篇目结构(归类、层次、实体)和内容记述(容量、要素、特色)进行了比较与分析,认为修志需要一定的理论指导;修志需要翔实的资料基础;修志需要专兼职相结合的人才结构。

It is a new task for second-round local records as to how to record rural economic structural reform. This article compares and analyzes the accounts of rural economic structural reform in 12 second-round county (city) records already published in terms of chapters and sections layout (categorization, level, and substance) and contents recording (volume, elements, and characteristics), and takes the view that local records compilation needs certain theoretical guidance, detailed and accurate reference materials foundation, and a talents structure combining full and part time expertise.
