摘要
通过测量苜蓿籽蜂幼虫头壳宽度的方法,对苜蓿籽蜂幼虫龄期划分进行了研究。结果得出苜蓿籽蜂幼虫共4龄,1龄～4龄幼虫的头壳宽度分别为(0.182±0.0093),(0.261±0.0093),(0.346±0.0098),(0.448±0.0109)mm。经统计分析得到其幼虫龄数(X)与头宽均值(Y)的关系式为Y=0.0883X+0.0885,r=0.9982。
By measuring the width of head capsules of the alfalfa seed chalcids＇ larva,Bruchophagus roddi（Gussakovsky）.The results showed that there were 4 instars in larval stage of the alfalfa seed chalcids.The average widths of head capsule from 1 to 4 instars were（0.182±0.0093）,（0.261±0.0093）,（0.346±0.0098）,（0.448±0.0109） mm.The linear regression equation of the instar（X） against the width of head capsule of larvae（Y） was：Y=0.0883X＋0.0885,and r=0.9982.
