摘要
利用京海黄鸡AA、BB、CC、WW 4个肉鸡品系和京海黄鸡(JJ),通过不完全双列杂交法,组成包括纯繁在内的9个组合,测定1~10周龄各周龄体重、10周末饲料报酬和成活率,推算其杂种优势率。结果表明:AA、BB、CC、WW系作为父本使用时,BJ和WJ组合生长速度优于AJ和CJ组合,AJ组合饲料报酬最好,为2.66:1;WJ组合其次,为2.67:1;CJ组合最差,为2.79:1。4个杂交组合中,BJ组合成活率为98.06%,杂种优势率最高,为6.07%;AJ组合成活率杂种优势率最低,为1.33%。
Nine possible combinations including pure strains mating and cross mating were made among AA,BB,CC,WW strain and Jinghai Yellow chicken were used to analyze the heterosis of body weights from 1 to 10 weeks,feed conversion efficiency and the survival rate after 10 weeks.The results showed that,as for grow rate,BB and WW were more fitful than AA and CC when used as a paternal line,and feed conversion efficiency of AJ was better than that of WJ and CJ,with the value of 2.66∶1,2.67∶1 and 2.79∶1,respectively.Among the four crosses,the combination BJ with survival rate of 98.06%,has the hightest value of survival rate heterosis(6.07%),and survival rate of AJ was the worst.
