一组水稻卷叶近等基因系的构建及性状研究 被引量:4

摘要 以剑叶卷曲度不同的4个水稻卷叶资源5408、卷珍B、YSBR1、培矮64S为供体亲本,平展叶品种奇妙香为受体亲本,通过连续回交再自交,获得BC7F3卷叶株系。随机区组试验结果显示,株系间剑叶卷曲度存在极显著差异,在剑叶叶基角、一次枝梗数、千粒重3个性状上,部分株系与奇妙香之间存在显著差异,而其他所调查的性状,不同的株系与奇妙香表现基本一致,表明已获得剑叶卷曲度为目标性状的近等基因系。不同株系与奇妙香的杂种F1的剑叶卷曲度也存在极显著差异,且卷曲度基本低于对应双亲卷曲度的平均值,推测所研究的卷叶性状由隐性基因控制。对如何利用卷叶近等基因系进一步研究卷叶性状和卷叶基因进行了讨论。 By using Qimiaoxiang as recurrent parent and four leaf rolling materials(5408,JuanzhenB,YSBR1 and Peiai64S) as non-recurrent parent,a set of near isogenic lines(NILs) on leaf rolling in BC_7F_3 generation were obtained to study the effects of different leaf rolling gene.The main results were as follow: there was very significant difference in leaf rolling index of flag leaf(LRI) among four NILs,and there was significant difference in cardinal angle of flag leaf,primary branch number per panicle and 1000-grain weight between partial NILs and Qimiaoxiang,and there was no significant difference in other characters between four NILs and Qimiaoxiang F_1 generations from cross between 4 NILs and Qimiaoxiang had significant difference in LRI of flag leaf,and their LRIs were less than mean value of parents,therefore,it was speculated that character of rolling leaf was controlled by recessive gene.Further study on character and gene of rolling leaf using NILs was discussed.
