髂骨软骨黏液样纤维瘤合并病理性骨折误诊1例分析并文献复习

Misdiagnosis of chondromyxoid fibroma with pathological fracture of ilium:a case report and literature review

目的探讨软骨黏液样纤维瘤的影像诊断及临床特征。方法左髂骨软骨黏液样纤维瘤合并病理性骨折1例,复习相关文献并分析临床、影像学及病理,探讨其诊断治疗及预后。结果髂骨软骨黏液样纤维瘤比较少见,合并病理性骨折更是罕见,缺乏特征性影像学表现,术前诊断困难,需与骨巨细胞瘤、骨囊肿等疾病相鉴别,外科治疗为首选。结论软骨黏液样纤维瘤影像诊断存在一定难度,外科治疗预后较好,但是术后复发率较高。

objective To investigate the clinical feature and imaging diagnosis of chondromyxoid fibroma.Methods To report one case of chondromyxoid fibroma with pathological fracture and review the related literatures,and investigate the imaging and pathological characteristics,and study the effect and prognosis of treatment.Result Chondromyxoid fibroma with pathological fracture,which the first choice for surgical treatment,was very rare.For lack of characteristic imaging findingst,it should be differentiated with giant cell tumor of bone and bone cyst.Conclusion The imaging diagnosis of chondromyxoid fibroma with pathological fracture is difficult.The disease with surgical therapy is good progosis,but which has high recurrence rates.
