高空速条件下生产符合欧Ⅴ排放标准清洁柴油的工业试验 被引量:3

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司3.20 Mt/a柴油加氢装置选用中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院针对柴油超深度脱硫而开发的FHUDS-2催化剂,设计生产符合欧Ⅳ排放标准的(硫质量分数不大于50μg/g)柴油。为了应对北京地区柴油质量升级到符合欧Ⅴ排放标准要求,在空速高达2.5 h-1的条件下,在装置运转不同时期,分两次进行了高空速条件下符合欧Ⅴ排放标准清洁柴油的试生产,以考察该装置在现有高空速条件下生产符合欧Ⅴ排放标准清洁柴油的可行性。两次试生产结果表明:该柴油加氢装置可以在高空速条件下生产符合欧Ⅴ排放标准的清洁柴油。 FHUDS-2 catalyst developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical of SINOPEC for diesel ultra deep desulfurization was selected on the 3.2 MM TPY diesel hydrotreating unit in Tianjin Petrochemical Company,SINOPEC,to produce diesel meeting Euro-Ⅳ specifications(sulfur content of less than 50 ppm).In order to meet the requirements of diesel quality upgrading to Euro-Ⅴ specifications in Beijing area,two performance trials were carried out under space velocity of 2.5 h-1 in different unit running periods to study the feasibility on production of clean diesel of Euro-Ⅴ specifications.The two performance trials showed that: clean diesel which meets Euro-Ⅴ specifications could be produced in this diesel hydrotreating unit.
