摘要
介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆炼化分公司350 kt/a催化重整装置2009年检修后,更换PRT-C和PRT-D重整催化剂,以及开工中催化剂装填、干燥、硫化情况及开工后催化剂的性能。应用结果表明,在反应器入口温度480~500℃,高压分离器压力1.2 MPa,进料流量36.00 t/h,重整反应器压力降0.07 MPa时,芳烃产率为52.33%,重整芳烃转化率为152.1%,重整汽油辛烷值大于95,能耗为2 798.88 MJ/t,均优于设计值。
After the overhaul of the 3.5 MM TPY catalytic reformer in PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Co.,Ltd in 2009,the catalysts of the reformer were replaced with PRT-C and PRT-D catalysts.The catalyst loading,drying,pre-sulfiding in start-up and catalyst performance in operation are described.The commercial operation shows that the aromatic yield is 52.33%,the heavy aromatics conversion is 152.1,the octane number of reformate is greater than 95,the energy consumption is 2 798.88 MJ/t at the operating conditions of 480-500 ℃ reactor inlet temperature,1.2 MPa HP separator pressure,36.00 t/h feed flow rate and 0.07 MPa reforming reactor pressure drop,which are better than design specifications.
