摘要
以EPC总承包项目的运行为例,运用模块化设计的理论和方法,分析、对比了模块化设计与传统设计在保证工程质量、保证安全、节约投资及缩短工期等方面所具有的优势。详细说明了项目实施过程中通过采取过程控制中的费用控制及优化设计等措施后具有缩短设计、制造和供货周期以及便于产品更新换代和变形发展等特点,增强了产品的竞争能力及企业对市场的快速应变能力,取得了明显的经济效益。
Through a case study of an EPC project,the modular design and conventional design were studied and compared in respect of project quality,safety,saving of capital investment and shortening of project schedule.The implementation of cost control and design optimization in project execution offered advantages of shortened schedule for engineering design and manufacturing of equipment and materials and application of new products.This has improved the competitiveness of products and company's capability to cope with the rapid market changes.Good economic benefits have been achieved.
