摘要
为满足炼油厂节能减排的需要,准确计算炼油厂CO2排放量至关重要。在基于质量守恒定律的碳平衡法的基础上,结合炼油厂实际运行情况,提出了一种新的炼油厂CO2排放量的计算方法,该方法简单、快捷,以千万吨级炼油厂为例说明该计算方法的应用。用此方法可快速准确的计算出炼油厂CO2的排放量,可用于炼油厂CO2排放量的前期估算及后期核算,为炼油厂CO2排放的定量分析提供了一种方法。
To save energy consumption and reduce green-house gas emission,it is very important for refinery to accurately calculate its carbon dioxide emissions.On the basis of the conservation law of mass and in consideration of actual refinery operation,a simple rapid refinery carbon emission calculation method is proposed.The application of the calculation method is illustrated in a case study of a refinery with a capacity of over 10.0 million tons per year.It is proved that this method can rapidly and accurately calculate refinery emission of carbon dioxide,which can be used for front-end emission estimate and later-date calculation.It is an effective method for the quantitative calculation of refinery emission of carbon dioxide.
