摘要
介绍了催化燃烧技术在炼油污水处理场恶臭治理中的应用情况。工业应用表明,催化燃烧技术适用于处理石化炼油污水场总进水口、隔油池、浮选池等散发的恶臭气体,废气处理效果良好。恶臭治理设施运行后,对硫化物的去除率达95%以上,对硫化氢的去除率接近100%,对总烃的去除率达到85%以上,净化后的气体能够满足国家排放标准的要求。催化燃烧技术治理恶臭污染项目的实施,对同类型炼化装置将起到借鉴作用。
The application of catalytic combustion technology in the treatment of foul gas from refinery waste water treatment plant was introduced.The catalytic combustion technology was applicable for the treatment of foul gases from water inlet of refinery waste water treatment plant,API separator,flotation pit,etc with good results.After operation of foul gas treatment facilities,the sulfide removal rate is over 95%,the H2S removal rate is close to 100% and total hydrocarbons removal rate is more than 85%.The purified gas meets China national emission standards.The implementation of foul gas treatment facilities using catalytic combustion technology provides a good reference for the operation of similar refinery process units.
