摘要
目的评价不同旋转器械对基牙牙本质表面粗糙度及显微形貌的影响,为临床牙体预备过程中旋转器械的选择使用提供参考。方法选择54颗离体牙,均分为3组,使用不同的预备方式对唇面进行预备。A组:标准金刚砂车针预备;B组:标准金刚砂车针预备,极细粒度金刚砂车针修整;C组:标准金刚砂车针预备,钨钢车针修整。之后用粗糙度仪测定牙本质表面粗糙度(Ra、Rq和Rz),并进行扫描电镜观察,对其结果进行统计学处理。结果 3种预备方式后的牙本质表面粗糙度Ra存在显著差异(P<0.05);粗糙度由大到小依次为:A组>B组>C组。结论不同旋转器械切磨牙本质所得表面粗糙度不同,使用极细粒度金刚砂车针和钨钢车针修整可获得较为光滑的牙体预备体表面。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different rotary instruments on the roughness and microtopography of abutment dentine surface,and to provide reference to the use of rotary instrument in tooth preparation.Methods Labial surface of 54 human teeth was prepared by different preparation methods:Group A:prepared with the standard diamond;Group B: finished with fine-particle diamond after prepared with the standard diamond;Group C: finished with carbide bur after prepared with the standard diamond.Surface roughness(Ra,Rq and Rz) was tested using a profilometer,followed by observation under SEM.Results The three surface preparation methods resulted in significant differences in surface roughness(P〈0.05).The descending order of the roughness was Group A,Group B,and Group C.Conclusion The surface roughness of abutment dentine prepared with different rotary instruments were different.The two different finishing methods both can decrease the roughness of the dentine after prepared with the standard diamond and can receive relatively smooth surface.
