参芎葡萄糖注射液对特发性肺间质纤维化患者气道重塑的影响

Effect of Shenxiong glucose injection on airway remodeling in idiopathic pulmona ry fibrosis

目的评价参芎葡萄糖注射液对特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)患者气道重塑的影响。方法采用随机对照研究60例IPF患者,参芎葡萄糖组使用参芎葡萄糖注射液,对照组使用5%葡萄糖注射液,总观察时间10 w,治疗前、治疗2、6、10 w进行ELISA测定痰中转化生长因子(TGF)-β1。结果治疗前两组患者TGF-β1表达无显著差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。参芎葡萄糖组治疗2 w后,TGF-β1表达较治疗前有所下降,但无显著统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗6 w后,TGF-β1表达较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);治疗10 w后,TGF-β1表达较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。然而对照组TGF-β1表达较治疗前始终无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论在一定疗程下,参芎葡萄糖注射液对IPF气道重塑具有一定的治疗价值,值得推广。

Objective To research the effect of Shenxio ng glucose injection on airway remodeling in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis（IPF）. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trail was conducted in 60 patients with IPF.40 patients w e re treated by Shenxiong glucose injection and 20 patients were treated by 5% glu cose injection for 10 weeks.ELISA was applied to detect TGF-β_1. Results TG F-β_1 positive expression was similar to each other in two groups before tr eat ment（P0.05）.After 2 weeks,TGF-β_1 positive expression was the sa me as befo re（P0.05）,after 6 weeks,TGF-β_1 positive expression was less than that of before（P0.05）,after 10 weeks,TGF-β_1 positive expression still wa s less th an that of before（P0.05）in Shenxiong glucose group.But in contrast gr oup,TG F-β_1 positive expression was the same as before from beginning to end（P 0.05）. Conclusions Shenxiong glucose has an significant effect o n improving airw ay remodeling in patients with IPF at a certain time,it is worth to popularize.
