血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平在老年糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的意义 被引量:14

摘要 目的评价血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)测定在老年糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的应用价值。方法酶联免疫吸附法测定24例尿蛋白正常组、25例微量蛋白尿组和21例大量蛋白尿组患者血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平,选25名健康老年人作为对照组。结果尿蛋白正常、微量蛋白尿和大量蛋白尿较对照组,大量蛋白尿较微量蛋白尿组,大量蛋白尿组较尿蛋白正常组,血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平都显著升高(P<0.05);微量蛋白尿组较尿蛋白正常组血清Hcy水平显著增高(P<0.05),血清hs-CRP水平无显著变化(P>0.05)。血清Hcy水平与卧床时间和抽烟无关(P>0.05),与性别、病程、体重指数、心血管疾病有关(P<0.05);血清hs-CRP水平与性别和卧床时间无关(P>0.05),与病程、抽烟、体重指数、心血管疾病有关(P<0.05)。结论测定血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平对早期诊断老年糖尿病肾病有良好价值,Hcy在检测早期糖尿病肾脏损害程度方面敏感性优于hs-CRP。
