MSCs对紫外线诱导皮肤光老化大鼠模型凋亡的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)对紫外线诱导皮肤光老化模型大鼠皮肤细胞凋亡的影响。方法采用15 W UVA和UVB紫外灯,每日照射大鼠背部裸露皮肤区2 h,共照射60 d。随机分为对照组、模型组及MSCs治疗组,每组10只。体外分离培养MSCs,在大鼠背部裸露皮肤区多点注射,1次/w,共8 w。取皮肤组织,利用RT-PCR方法检测。结果治疗组Bax mRNA表达明显低于模型组(P<0.05),但接近于对照组(P>0.05)。治疗组Bcl-2 mRNA表达高于模型组(P<0.05),低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MSCs对紫外线诱导的皮肤光老化模型大鼠皮肤细胞有抑制凋亡作用。
