MDRD方程表达形式的影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 肾小球滤过率(GFR)是公认的评价肾功能的重要指标,由肾脏病膳食改善研究(Modification of Diet in Renal Disease Study, MDRD)建立的简化MDRD方程被美国慢性肾脏病及透析临床实践(K/DOQI)指南和国际。肾脏病学会KDIGO( Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcome Guidelines)指南共同推荐作为成人GFR的估计方程,广泛应用于科研和临床。
