脐带血干细胞移植治疗2型糖尿病临床分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察脐带血干细胞治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院住院的2型糖尿病患者18例,按病程的长短分为A、B两组,均给予经皮胰背动脉输入脐带血干细胞。观察输注前后患者血糖、胰岛素及C肽释放试验、HbA1C、体重指数及用药的变化等。结果移植后两组的血糖水平及胰岛功能明显改善。A组10例中有4例移植3个月内停用口服药物,4例患者在不增加药物的情况下血糖由高控制到理想水平,2例患者血糖控制不理想,需加用另一种口服药物治疗。B组患者8例中有6例在不增加药物的情况下血糖控制到良好水平,仅2例需加大药物量治疗。结论脐带血干细胞移植对2型糖尿病患者β细胞功能的恢复及血糖的控制有一定的疗效。但需大样本的临床研究来进一步的评估该方法的有效性及安全性。 Objective To observe the umbilical cord blood stem cells to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Select 18 type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital,according to the length of the course were divided into A,B groups,were given percutaneous pancreatic dorsal artery input cord stem cells.Observed the glucose, insulin and C-peptide release test,HbA1C,body mass index and medication changes of patients before and after infusion. Results The blood glucose levels of two groups after transplantation and islet function improved. 10 patients of A group transplanted in 4 cases out within 3 months of oral medication,4 patients in the case of drugs does not increase to the desired level of glycemic control,blood glucose of 2 patients were not satisfactory,the need to add in another oral medication.8 patients in group B,blood glucose drugs of 6 patients does not increase to a good level,only 2 patients required to increase the amount of drug treatment. Conclusion Cord blood stem cell transplantation in patients with type 2 diabetes recovery of β cell function and glucose control have a certain effect.However,clinical studies need large samples to further assess the efficacy and safety of the method.
