浅谈性早熟的病因病机

On the Etiology and Pathogenesis of Precocious Puberty in TCM

性早熟是一种青春发育的异常,近几年在青少年中呈增长的发病趋势。中医没有性早熟的记载,现代医家多从阴虚火旺、相火妄动来认识该疾病。笔者认为阴虚火旺只是一方面,在此结合现代儿童的饮食、情志、体质的特点来谈一下对性早熟病因病机的认识。

Sexual precocity,a kind of abnormal physical development of the youth,remarks a growing number of its incidence.There are no records in ancient books of TCM,but,nowadays,doctor holds that we should comprehend this disease from yin deficiency resulting in rampant fire and frenetic stirring of ministerial fire.The author thinks that yin deficiency resulting in rampant fire is only on behalf of the syndrome of some conditions,so she will talk about the etiopathogenesis and pathogenesis of sexual precocity,combining with the diet,emotions,constitution of the youth nowadays.
