摘要
通过实验室冶炼中添加氮化硅使实验钢氮含量增加,提高微合金元素的析出强化和细晶强化作用,以及提高氮元素本身的固溶强化作用,从而减少Mn及微合金元素的加入量,降低成本。工业试制结果表明,通过添加氮化硅增氮,可采用较低Mn、V含量不经穿水生产低成本、组织和力学性能合格的HRB400热轧螺纹钢筋。
The nitrogen content of experimental steels can be increased by adding Si3N4 in the steel smelting experiments,which can improve the precipitation strengthening effect of micro-alloying elements and grain refinement strengthening,and also improve the solid solution strengthening effect of nitrogen element,thus the content of manganese and vanadium,as well as the production cost can be reduced.Trial production results show that,through adding Si3N4,HRB400 hot rolled rebar with low cost,good microstructure and qualified mechanical properties can be obtained by low manganese and vanadium content and without intensive water cooling.
