Experience of Physical Examination about Military Academy and National Defense Student

军队学员、国防生入伍体检是确保地方合格青年进入部队的一个重要环节,做好体检工作至关重要。为了保证体检工作的质量,医院成立了由医院领导负责的专门组织,由中级以上专业技术职务人员组成体检团队,运用单队列串行服务模式,在实践中形成了一套较完善的体检制度与操作规程,以"严、准、快"为内涵,保证所选拔的学员无一例被退返。

Physical examination of military academy and national defense students is an important step for a youth to be a real soldier.So,a good work for physical examination is very necessary.In order to do a better service,better management led by the leaders in our hospital,better team made up by intermediate professional titles at least and service mode of serial single-queue were put into practice.As a result,a perfect system and routine practice with the content of ＂exacting＂,＂preciseness＂ and ＂speed＂ was being built up,which ensured no one chosen by our hospital was return to examination by higher authority.
