摘要
本文评估军队医院护理队伍工作特点,针对存在护理队伍成分复杂、不稳定,管理者年轻化及执行力不强,护士法律意识淡薄,服务理念滞后,临床一线护士年轻,专业水平不高,护患沟通不到位等因素;提出强化护理安全与法制教育、道德教育,加强人员岗位培训,增进护患沟通交流,增强专业培训等对策。
The article summarized the characteristics of nursing personnel in military hospitals,which included complex composition,unsteady,young manager,low executive capability,lack of law awareness,lagging service idea,low professional skills,and disablement in nurse-patient communication.Some countermeasures were put forward,such as reinforcing the education of safety,law and morality,intensifying the training of profession and communicable skills.
