摘要
目的分析探讨医院船援外医疗服务模式建设。方法通过对"和谐使命-2010",以及外军医院船活动总结分析,提出援外医疗计划任务、突发任务二种模式,对不同模式的要求和建设进行系统分析总结。结果针对不同模式要求,建立健全卫勤任务预案系统、人装模块建管机制、院船结合训练考评是完全可行的有效的。结论医院船援外医疗服务模式可循、要求可据、建设可鉴,不断探索特点规律,加强针对性建设准备,必将有力提升医院船遂行援外医疗任务能力。
Objective To analyze the service mode of hospital ship in foreign medical aid.Methods Through summary of the ＂harmonious mission-2010＂ and foreign military hospital ship activities,two modes of foreign medical aid missions and emergency medical plans have been proposed,requirements and construction for different modes were summarized.Results The following measures were feasible and effective,which included perfecting support plans,construction of personnel and equipment module control,and training evaluation of hospital and ship for requirements of different modes.Conclusions Medical service mode of hospital ship could be detected,learned and based on requirements.By exploring the characteristics and laws and strengthening the preparation of targeted building,medical mission capability of hospital ship will be effectively improved.
