摘要
选择铝作为填充材料,研究了表面微弧氧化对铝和不锈钢界面扩散行为的影响。结果显示:在610℃时,30μm厚的微弧氧化保护层可以有效阻止Al向不锈钢中扩散,且Al2O3微弧氧化层本身不会与Al基体或不锈钢发生反应。
Taking Al as filling metal,the influences of surface micro-arc oxidation on diffusion between Al and stainless steel at high temperature were studied.The results show that a 30 μm coating can prevent the diffusion effectively,and the Al2O3 oxidation coating does not react with Al and stainless steel.
