摘要
本文通过对美国住院医师规范化培训考核评价制度的探讨,着重介绍其先进的考核和考核方法。结合我国住院医师规范化培训考核评价的现状,指出现今阶段我国还存在的主要问题,并提出建议。
The article focuses on introducing American advanced assessment methods and evaluation system through the analysis on the American residency training system.Then the author put forward the experience obtained from the American enlightenment and suggestioons on basis of the current phase of the residency training system in China.
