摘要
通过洛氏硬度测试、金相显微组织观察以及X射线衍射,分析研究了固溶处理对含钪铝硅合金组织的影响。结果表明:提高合金固溶处理温度,延长保温时间,析出相溶解程度增大;但是固溶温度太高,组织出现粗化,合金的硬度逐渐呈下降趋势。
The effects of solution treatment on the microstructure of Al-Si alloy containing Sc were studied by rockwell hardness testing,metallographic observation and X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the dissolution of precipitates increases when the alloy is solution treated at higher temperature for longer time.But the solution temperature is too high,the microstructure becomes coarse,and the hardness gradually decreases.
