摘要
通过热等静压(HIP)消除了激光快速成形(LRF)IN718高温合金件的裂纹,研究了HIP处理对LRFIN718高温合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经过1160℃×2h/200MPa热等静压的高压、高温处理后,修复成形件的裂纹效果明显。之后进行热处理,在一定程度上提高了拉伸强度和塑性。
The crack of laser rapid forming(LRF) IN718 superalloy samples was eliminated by hot isostatic pressing(HIP) treatment,and the effects of HIP on the microstructure and tensile properties of LRF IN718 superalloy were investigated.The results show that through the high temperature and high pressure HIP treatment at 1160 ℃ for 2 h and 200 MPa,the crack of samples is obviously repaired.Then through heat-treated processing,the tensile strength and plastic property of the IN718 superalloy is considerably improved.
