全口无牙颌低平牙槽嵴种植义齿修复的临床应用研究

A Clinical Research on the Implant Prosthesis of Denture in Low-iying Full Mouth Edentulous Alveolar Ridge

目的探讨口腔种植修复技术在低平无牙颌患者中的临床应用效果,以促进其在临床上的广泛应用。方法对11例牙槽嵴严重萎缩吸收的全口义齿患者,根据患者的条件,在牙槽骨内植入2～4枚种植体3,～6个月后制作球帽全口义齿,所有患者均于术后1、3、6、12个月复查。之后,每12个月复查1次,经过11～48个月的临床观察,X线检查和患者主诉,评价其效果。结果种植体无1例脱落,全口义齿固位良好,患者对语言和咀嚼效果满意,获得了良好的临床效果,患者对修复效果满意。结论对全口无牙颌低平牙槽嵴患者,采用种植义齿进行修复,通过精心的设计和完善的手术,能有效地恢复功能,明显改善固位和咀嚼效果,达到美观效果,并能使种植体长期稳固于口腔内行使功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of implant prosthesis of denture in Low-lying full mouth edentulous alveolar ridge.Methods 11 cases who have severe alveolar ridge atrophy absorption denture,according to the patient′s condition,were implanted 2 to 4 alveolar bone implants.The globe cap full dentures were made after 3 to 6 months.All patients were rechecked in 1,3,6,12 months after surgery and then every 12 months per each.Clinical observation including X-ray examination and patient complaints were used to evaluate effect during 11 to 48 months.Results All implants were successfully healed and achieved successful osseointegration.Clinical examinations shows that implant supported overlay dentures were stable and the function was good.All patients were satisfied.Conclusion Implant prosthesis of Denture can effectively get good functional recovery and it is simple and economy for clinical application.
