髓磷脂相关抑制因子与脊髓损伤后轴突再生抑制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 发生损伤的脊髓内,大量神经元、神经胶质细胞因直接的机械损伤出现凋亡、坏死,继发性损伤则导致轴突受损和少突胶质细胞的凋亡、坏死,促使包绕轴突的髓鞘结构破坏严重,大量难以清除的髓磷脂相关抑制因子(Myelin-associated inhibitors)则在较长的时间内通过神经元表面受体的介导而抑制轴突的再生[1]。随着研究的深入,关于髓磷脂抑制性因子导致脊髓损伤后轴突再生抑制的机制已逐渐清晰,针对性的干预措施亦在动物模型和临床研究中逐步开展。作者就髓磷脂相关抑制性因子研究的进展、干预效果和研究趋势综述如下。
