降主动脉缩窄合并主动脉瓣病变的一期外科治疗

摘要 2009年3月和2010年7月，我们为2例降主动脉缩窄合并主动脉瓣病变病人实施了主动脉瓣置换联合升-腹主动脉旁路手术，取得满意疗效，现总结临床经验报道如下。
