少年男性预激综合征合并心室肥厚 被引量：1

摘要 患者男性，14岁，“间断心慌1年余，晕厥1次”于2010年12月21日收入我院。2009年11月始于活动时出现心慌，自测脉率明显增快，具体数字不详，无胸痛、胸闷、恶心、呕吐等伴随症状，持续3h症状缓解。2010年6月无诱因再次出现心慌，随后意识丧失，无耳鸣、抽搐和二便失禁等伴随症状，数秒钟后意识恢复。
