标准Edgewise技术＋上颌斜面导板矫治AngleⅡ~2类错临床观察

Application of standard Edgewise technique and maxillary inclined bite-plate to class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion

目的:探讨应用标准Edgewise技术+上颌斜面导板矫治AngleⅡ2类错的方法。方法:选取2003～2008年就诊于怀化市第一人民医院口腔正畸科的32例应用标准Edgewise技术+上颌斜面导板矫治的Angle类Ⅱ2错患者,对比其治疗前后的头影测量指标。结果:矫治后患者上下前牙突度正常,覆、覆盖正常,ANB减少(3.42±0.14)°,Y轴角减少(3.50±0.15)°,颏唇沟角增加(8.72±0.63)°,ANS-Me增加(4.92±0.21)mm。结论:标准Edgewise技术+上颌斜面导板矫治能很好的解决AngleⅡ2类错存在的前牙舌倾、下颌后缩、面下1/3高度较短等问题,矫治效果良好。

Objective To study the treatment for class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion with standard Edgewise technique and maxillary inclined bite-plate.Methods A total of 32 class Ⅱ division 2 cases were treated by standard Edgewise technique and maxillary inclined bite-plate.The cephalograms of before and after treatment were analyzed.Results After treatment of patients： the degree of protrusion 、overbite and overjet about upper and lower anterior teeth were normal.ANB decreased by（3.42±0.14）°.Y axis decreased by 3.50±0.15°.Angle of ditch of chin and lip increased by（8.72±0.63）°.ANS-Me increased by（4.92±0.21）mm.Conclusion Clininal application of standard Edgewise technique and maxillary inclined bite-plate could well solve the problems of class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion.
