摘要
为了解福州市宠物犬粪肠球菌耐药性的现状,采用美国临床实验室标准委员会(CLSI)推荐的肉汤微量稀释法及判定标准,调查了96株分离自宠物犬的粪肠球菌对6种抗菌药物的耐药性.结果显示:分离菌对土霉素和红霉素有高的耐药率,分别达到86.5%和72.9%,对环丙沙星和氯霉素的耐药率分别为22.9%和27.1%;分离菌对万古霉素和氨苄西林较为敏感,但分离菌对尚未用于动物疾病治疗的万古霉素存在2.1%的耐药率.试验结果初步揭示了福州市宠物犬粪肠球菌的耐药情况,提示临床不合理用药与耐药率之间存在一定的联系.
To investigate antibiotics resistance of Enterococcus faecalis from pet dogs in Fuzhou,a broth micro-dilution method recommended by the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards(CLSI) was used to study the resistance of 96 strains of E.faecalis to 6 kinds of antibiotics.The result indicated that E.faecalis had high resistant ratio to oxytetracycline and erythromycin which was 86.5% and 72.9% respectively.While the resistance ratio to ciprofloxacin and chloramphenicol was 22.9% and 27.1% respectively.The isolates showed high sensibility to vanoomycin and ampicillin,but there was 2.1% resistant ratio to vanoomycin which has never been used in pet dogs of china.This study presented the resistant situation of E.faecalis from pet dogs original in Fuzhou,suggesting the unreasonable usage of antibiotics has relationship with resistant rate.
