摘要 目的分析Toll样受体-4(TLR-4)和Toll样受体-9(TLR-9)mRNA在变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)儿童扁桃体组织中的表达及意义。方法应用RT-PCR检测20例变应性鼻炎(第1组)、20例慢性鼻窦炎(第2组)和20例无鼻部疾病正常儿童(第3组)的扁桃体组织中TLR-4、TLR-9 mRNA的表达情况。结果 TLR-4、TLR-9 mRNA在第1组儿童扁桃体组织中均有表达,其中TLR-4 mRNA在第1组、第2组儿童组织中的相对含量较第3组表达增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);第1组较第2组增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。TLR-9 mRNA在第1组的相对含量与第2组及第3组间相比,第1组表达明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0 1);其中第2组与第3组中的TLR-9 mRNA含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.0 5)。结论 TLR-4、TLR-9可能在变应性鼻炎儿童扁桃体增殖过程中起重要作用。 Objective To study the expression of Toll-like receptor(TLR)-4 and TLR-9 mRNA and its significance in hypertrophy of palatine tonsil in children with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods Reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used for determining the expression of TLR-4,TLR-9 mRNA in the specimens of palatine tonsil from children with AR(n=20),chronic sinusitis(n=20) and healthy children(n=20) without any nose diseases as control.Results The expression of both TLR-4,TLR-9 mRNA got enhanced in the specimens of AR group.The expression of TLR-4 mRNA in AR group and chronic sinusitis group was more predominant than that in the control group(P〈0.05),while the differnce between the former two groups was also statistically significant(P〈0.05).The expression of TLR-9 mRNA in AR group was stronger than those of the chronic sinusitis group and the control group(P〈0.05),while the differnce between the later two groups was statistically insignificant(P〉0.05).Conclusion TLR-4,TLR-9 may play an important role in tonsillar hypertrophy in children with AR.
