摘要
目的 :研究鹿骨胶原蛋白对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的防治疗作用。方法 :Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为6组:假手术组,骨质疏松组,仙灵骨宝胶囊组和鹿骨胶原蛋白0.8、0.4、0.2g/kg剂量组,采用摘除双侧卵巢法建立骨质疏松模型,术后7天开始给药,连续给药90天后观察鹿骨胶原蛋白对大鼠骨密度,血清指标,骨组织形态计量学参数,骨力学指标、体重及脏器系数的影响。结果:与骨质疏松组比较,鹿骨胶原蛋白(0.2~0.8g/kg)能显著提高骨质疏松大鼠骨密度,降低血清中ALP含量和增加Hyp含量,显著改善骨组织形态学参数和骨力学指标,而血清中E2、体重和脏器系数没有统计学意义。结论 :鹿骨胶原蛋白对去卵巢所致的骨质疏松大鼠有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To study preventive and therapeutic effects of collagen of deer bone on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.Methods: Wister female rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group,osteoporosis model group,xianlinggubao capsule group,collagen of deer bone 0.8,0.4 and 0.2g/kg dose group.We extracted bilateral ovaries to establish osteoporosis model,treated after 7 days and for consecutively 90 days,then observed the effects of collagen of deer bone on bone mineral density,serum marker,bone histomorphometry,bone mechanics,body weight and organ index.Results: Compared with osteoporosis model group,collagen of deer bone can significantly increase BMD,reducd contents of ALP and increase contents of Hyp in serum,significantly improve bone histomorphometry and bone mechanics,however,level of serum E2,body weight and organ index have no statistical significance.Conclusion: The extracted collagen from deer bone is found to play a role in the treatment of osteoporosis rats.
