烟台市部分海域常见水产品中甲基汞含量调查

Investigation on Methylmercury Content of Marine Products from Some Sea Areas in Yantai City

[目的]了解黄渤海地区部分水产品中甲基汞的含量。[方法]2003年10月至2007年11月,对烟台市海域5处海产品捕捞地4类15种452份海产品进行甲基汞含量测定。[结果]452份海产品中甲基汞含量最大值为460.00μg/kg,甲基汞含量,鱼类为0.021±0.001μg/kg,软体动物为0.018±0.002μg/kg,甲壳类为0.039±0.002μg/kg,贝类为0.097±0.013μg/kg,贝类海产品显著高于其他类别海产品,所有海产品中甲基汞含量均正常。[结论]黄渤海地区常见水产品未受到甲基汞污染。

[Objective]To investigate the situation of methylmercury content in some marine products in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. [ Methods]During October, 2003-November, 2007,452 samples （4 categories and 15varieties） were collected from 5 ports in Yantai city. [Results]The maximum content of methylmercury was 460.00 μg/kg, fishes was 0. 021 ± 0. 001 mg/kg,molluscs was 0. 018±0. 002μg/kg,crustaceans was 0. 039±0. 002 μg/kg,shellfish was 0. 097±0. 013 mg/ kg,and the content of the shellfish was significantly higher than the other kinds of marine products. All the contents of methylmercury were in normal range.
