摘要
[目的]了解烟台地区海产品中砷(As)污染状况。[方法]2003年10月至2007年11月,在烟台市八角、东口、西口、养马岛及地方港5个采样点的集贸市场及养殖场随机采集甲壳类、鱼类、贝类及头足类的部分市面上常见的海产品,按GB/T 5009.12-2003方法处理并检测。[结果]在采集的452份样品中,蛏子As蓄积量最高(均值为0.530mg/kg);其次为飞蛤(均值为0.477mg/kg)。4类海产品重金属As含量分布比较结果显示As含量甲壳类>鱼类、头足类>鱼类、贝类>鱼类、贝类>头足类。[结论]烟台地区贝类As污染状况较其他海产品As污染严重。
[Objeetive]To understand the arsenic(As) pollution in marine products in Yantai. [ Methods]During October,2003-November, 2007,15 seafoods such as fishes, shellfish taken at random or purchased in Bajiao, Dongkou, Xikou, Yangma islang,Difang port, Yantai. Some crustaceans, fishes, shellfishes and cephalopods were collected and then disposed and tested according to GB/T 5009.12-2003. [Results]The highest one in the samples was razor clam, the mean value was 0. 530 mg/kg. In the next one was mactra chinensis;the mean value was 0. 477 mg/kg. The As pollution situation was different in four kinds sea foods. The As pollution in crustaceans was higher than fish, the cephalopods was higher than fish, the shellfishes was higher than fish and cephalopods. [Conelusion]Arsenic(As)pollution is serious in shellfishes corn pared with other seafoods.
