摘要
[目的]了解基层医疗机构消毒情况,以提高消毒质量工作水平,有效预防和控制疾病传播。[方法]2010年3～7月,随机抽取太原市迎泽区基层医疗机构125家,对其室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、紫外线灯强度、使用中消毒液、耐热的嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢菌片等进行消毒效果监测。[结果]合计检测样品1 086份,合格841份,合格率为77.44%。样品合格率,社区卫生服务中心为95.04%、社区卫生服务站为85.61%、个体诊所为70.15%(P<0.05);室内空气为77.12%、物体表面为80.90%、医护人员手为77.73%、使用中消毒液为75.00%、紫外线灯照射强度为61.24%、菌片为96.25%(P<0.01)。[结论]各级基层医疗机构消毒质量有差异,总体合格率不高。
[Objective]To know the sterilization situation in grassroots hospitals, improve the disinfection quality and effectively prevent nosocomial infection. [Methods]125 grassroots hospitals in Yingze district,Taiyuan city were randomly selected from March to July, 2010. Surveillance was made on indoor air in hospital, object surfaces, hands of doctors and nurses,the intensity of ultraviolet light, disinfectant solutions in use and temperature-resistant bacillus stearotbermophilus. [Results]Of a total of 1 086 samples,841 were qualified and the qualification rate was 77.44%. The eligible rate of total samples, community health center was 95.04 %, community health station was 85.61 %, the private clinical medical institution was 70.15%（ P 〈0.05） ;the air in hospital was 77.12% ,object surface was 80. 9% ,bands of doctors and nurses was 77. 73% ,disinfectant solutions in use was 75.00% ,intensity of ultraviolet was 61. 24% bacterium was 96.25%（ P d0.01）. [Conclusion]There is difference in different grassroots hospitals and the total qualification rate is low.
