2007～2010年聊城市手足口病流行特征分析

Epidemiological Characteristics of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Liaocheng City,2007-2010

[目的]进一步认识手足口病流行特征,探索其流行规律。[方法]对聊城市2007～2010年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2007～2010年累计报告手足口病30 245例,年均发病率为130.70/10万,死亡3例,平均病死率为0.003%。2007～2010年发病率分别为8.37/10万、35.42/10万、277.55/10万、201.44/10万;年均发病率最高的是东昌府区(223.25/10万),最低的是东阿县(45.76/10万)。4～7月合计发病23 444例,占全年总数的77.51%。年均发病率,男性为170.65/10万,女性为92.39/10万(P<0.01);发病率最高为2岁(2 851.30/10万)。全部病例中,散居儿童占89.92%。检测病人粪便标本577份,肠道病毒核酸阳性的278份,阳性率为48.18%。阳性标本中,EV71型137份,Cox A16型15份,其他肠道病毒126份。2007～2010年累计发生聚集性疫情925起,发病3 338例,其中重症病例168例,检测病人粪便标本211份,肠道病毒核酸阳性的141份(EV71型72份、Cox A16型13份、其他肠道病毒56份),阳性率为66.82%。[结论]聊城市手足口病疫情较为严重,主要流行毒株为EV71型。

[Objective]To further understand the HFMD epidemiological features,so as to explore its rule. [Methods] The monitoring data of HFMD during 2007 2010 in Liaocheng city were analyzed. [Results]There were 30 245 rePorted HFMD cases in liaocheng city during 2007-2010. including 3 cases of death. The average incidence rate was 130.70/102 , the average mortality was 0. 003%. The annual incidence rate was 8.37/10^5 ,35.42/10^5 ,277.55/10^5 ,201.44/10^5 during 2007 2010. With the highest annual incidence in Dongchangfu（223.25/10^5 ） ,the lowest in Dong＇e（45.76/10^5 ）. April-July a total of 23 444 cases accounting for 77.51% of the total. For men, with an annual incidence of 170.65/10^5,the female 92.39/10^5（ P 〈0.01）;The highest incidence for 2 years old（2 851.30/10^5）. In all cases,scattered children accounted for 8 9.92 %. Of 577 samples of the patients＇feces, the intestinal virus nucleic acid positive in 278, the positive rate of 48. 18 %. Positive in 137 EV71,Cox A16 type 15,other intestinal virus 126. During 2007-2010, with an accumulative total of 925 outbreaks,3 338 cases ,of which 168 severe cases, testing the patients＇ feces 211 samples, the intestinal virus nucleic acid positive 141 （72 EVT1 ,Cox A16 13 ,other intestinal virus 56） with the positive rate of 66. 82%. [Conclusion]The epidemic of HFMI） in Liaocheng city is serious,main virus strain is EV71.
