2010年许昌市魏都区法定报告传染病疫情分析

Analysis on the Epidemic Data of Notifiable Communicable Diseases in Weidu District,Xuchang City,2010

[目的]了解许昌市魏都区法定传染病发生水平、构成及流行特征,为做好疫情预测和制定传染病防治对策提供依据。[方法]对2010年魏都区法定传染病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2010年魏都区报告法定传染病17种、2 739例,死亡3例(艾滋病),年发病率为815.22/10万,病死率为0.11%。年发病率(/10万),乙类传染病为439.02,丙类传染病为376.21;城区各办事处为946.44,郊区各办事处为523.63(P<0.01);男性为977.05,女性为652.26(P<0.01);0～14岁为2 630.67,15～34岁为386.06,35～54岁为500.09,≥55岁以上为710.00;病毒性肝炎、手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、梅毒、肺结核分别为289.89、277.39、89.88、77.09、56.25。[结论]2010年魏都区传染病发病率较高,病毒性肝炎、手足口病、肺结核、梅毒是重点防治的传染病。

[Objective]To understand the level, constitution and epidemic features of notifiable infectious diseases in Weidu district, so as to provide basi＇s for epidemic forecasting and making infectious disease control countermeasures. [Methods] Epidemic data were analyzed on notifiable infectious diseases in Weidu district, 2010. [Results] In 2010,17 not ifi able infectious diseases were reported in Weidu county. Three of the 2 739 reported cases died（from AIDS）. The annual incidence rate of was 815.22/10^5 ,and the case mortality rate was 0.11%5. The annual incidence rate of Class B infectious diseases was 439.02/10^5. The annual incidence rate of Class C infectious diseases was 376.21/10^5. That of urban sub dis trict was 946.44/10^5 ,while that of rural townships was 523.63/10^5 （ P 〈0. 01）;that in males and females was 977.05/ 10^5 and 652.26/10^5 respectively（ P 〈0.01）;That among different age ranges（0-14 years 2 630.67/10^5;15-34 years 386.06/10^5 ;35-54 years 500.09/10^5 ; ≥55 years 710.00/10^5 ）. The annual incidence rates of viral hepatitis, hand footmouth disease, mumps, syphilis, and tuberculosis was 289.88/10^5 ,277.39/10^5 ,89.88/10^5 ,77.09/10^5 and 56.25/10^5 , respectively.[Conclusion]The incidence rate of infectious diseases is high in Weidu district, and more aHention should be paid to viral hepatitis, hand-foot-mouth disease, tuberculosis, and syphilis.
