乳腺癌是妇女最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在我国,乳腺癌的发病率和死亡率已成为城市女性恶性肿瘤的首位,且每年以3%～5%速度增长。目前乳腺癌防治日益受到重视。然而,为了阻断高危险性的乳腺向乳腺癌发展,乳腺影像学筛查正在被越来越多的女性接受。本文就各种影像检查手段对乳腺疾病特别是乳腺癌诊断的优缺点进行简要的总结,旨在指导临床医师对于不同病变类型,选取合理的个体化乳腺辅助检查,以便为明确诊断提供依据,进而做到早发现早治疗,有利于更好的对乳腺癌进行二级预防,明显提高患者的生活质量。

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies in women , it has become the first in incidence and mortality in the female of cancer the city in China1 and the annual growth rate of 3 %to 5 %.. In this paper, Current breast cancer is gets more and more attention. However, in order to block the high-- risk breast to breast cancer development, the screepings of breast imaging are being accepted to more and more the female. We made a brief summary which be about the advantages and disadvantages varieties of imaging methods for diagnosis of breast diseases, especially breast cancer. In order to select a reasonable individual breast laboratory examinations for different lesion types, and to provide accurate diagnosis evidence, and them to achieve early detection and to make early treatment, it will be better to take the secondary pre- vention of breast cancer. It was greatly improved for the life quality of patients.
