超声联合微泡剂介导的肿瘤靶向治疗研究进展

摘要 包被气体的微泡剂作为超声造影剂不仅显著提高了临床超声显像诊断能力,而且其作为一种新型药物载体的靶向治疗作用正逐步被揭示。携带基因或药物的超声微泡剂介导肿瘤靶向治疗已经成为超声研究领域中的研究热点。这种微泡剂在超声能量作用下因空化效应导致自身破裂并定向释放所携带的药物或者基因,使特定肿瘤组织或细胞部位浓度大大提高,从而起到靶向肿瘤治疗的作用。由于超声检查的安全性和价格低廉等特点,使得超声联合微泡剂为肿瘤治疗带来新的希望。本文将对现有的超声联合微泡剂肿瘤靶向治疗的研究进展做一简要综述。 Encapsulated gas microbubbles are well known as ultrasound contrast agents, not only improving the diagnostic capabilities of medical ultrasound imaging, but also being used as novel drug/gene carriers. The application of ultrasound and microbubbles to targeted drug and gene delivery has been the subject of research focus. Under exposure to ultrasound radiation, these targeted microbubbles would rupture, spewing drugs or genes at specific parts of the tumor tissue, and thus playing the role of targeted therapy for cancer. Considering the safe and low cost of the ultrasound , the targeted microbubbles would bring new hope for cancer therapy. In this article we will have a review of the current situation of the targeted microbubbles.
