Practice and exploration of problem-based learning medical English course in long-schooling medical education

摘要 以问题为基础学习医学英语课程将以问题为基础学习教学方法应用于医学英语及医学知识的学习与实践中,通过病例分析、情景模拟、小组讨论、演讲展示的方式,阐释医学术语在临床实践中的应用,引导学生主动实践医学专业词汇,提高学生利用医学英语进行交流的能力,扩展和整合相关的医学知识,对于优化以培养高层次医学人才为目的的长学制医学教育课程体系具有重要意义。 In problem-based learning medical English course, problem-based learning method was applied to the study of medical English and medical knowledge. Through the style of case analysis, scenario simulation, group discussion and presentation, the application of medical terms in clinical practice were explained and the students were induced to practice medical vocabulary actively. The students' abilities of social communication of medical English were improved, and correlative medical knowledge were extended and integrated. This course has strong significance for long-schooling medical English education which aims at culturing high level medical talents.
