摘要
目的探索网络式以问题为基础学习(proble—based learning,PBL)教学方法在外科学理论教学中应用的可行性及效果。方法在广州医学院2007级临床医学专业双语班62名学生的外科学理论课的部分章节采用网络式PBL教学方法,其余章节采用传统讲授式教学方法,通过问卷调查和比较期末考试成绩分析两种教学方法的教学效果。结果网络式PBL教学方法对于提高学生的自我学习能力、临床思维能力、加强团队合作、应用知识和解决问题的能力方面有明显优势;学生对两种教学方法所授知识的掌握程度没有差异。结论网络式PBL教学方法是外科学理论教学的一种可行的、有效的方法,它不仅有利于促进学生主动学习,培养良好的临床思维,提高学生的综合素质;而且可以克服目前广州医学院教学资源不足,难以开展传统式PBL教学的缺点,其教学效果优于传统讲授式教学。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and significance of web-based problem-based learning(PBL) teaching in surgery. Methods The web-based PBL teaching was applied in the bilingual class students majoring in clinical medicine at grade 2007 in some sections of surgery, and traditional teaching was applied in the bilingual class students in other sections of surgery. The effect of different methods was analyzed by questionnaire and examination marks. Results Web-based PBL was advantage in development of self-directed learning, clinical thought, team cooperation, application of knowledge, and problem-solving skills. There was no difference between two teaching methods in the degree of master of knowledge in bilingual class. Conclusions Web-based PBL is a feasible and efficient teaching method in surgery. It is not only beneficial to the students' ability to learn actively, to integrate theory with practice and to cultivate favorable clinical thinking and creative thinking, but also helpful to the cultivation of lifelong learning ability to improve the students' overall quality. It could solve the question that can not approach the traditional PBL because of inadequate for education source.
