Optimization and integration of practice teaching system for basic laboratory medicine

本文深入分析临床检验基础实践教学体系的现状与存在问题，特别指出当前临床检验教学与实际工作相互脱离的现状，有针对性地提出临床检验基础实践教学体系优化整合方案。通过开设综合性实验，在保证学生动手实践能力和综合素质不断提升的前提下，大幅压缩手工检验项目教学时数，加大仪器检验教学力度，探索建立检验专业实践教学新模式。

Based on the status and problems in practice teaching system of Basic Laboratory Medicine, especially the contravention of clinical laboratory teaching being deviated from practical application, this article particularly indicates the optimized and integrated scheme for establishing a new practice teaching system. In the new system, with the guarantee of students＇ practice abilities and eolligating stuff being advanced gently, hand worked laboratory items in teaching have been compressed greatly and the contents of automatism instruments have been increased.
