The Establishment of the Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Soviet Area and its Contribution to Chinese Soviet Movement

湘鄂赣苏区是土地革命战争时期中国共产党领导创建的一块重要的红色区域,是全国六大苏区之一。湘鄂赣苏区位于湖南、湖北、江西三省交界地区,是在秋收起义前后群众革命斗争的基础上建立和发展起来的。彭德怀、滕代远、黄公略等许多革命前辈在湘鄂赣苏区这块红土地上浴血奋斗,用鲜血和生命谱写了民族独立、人民解放的光辉篇章,为中国的苏维埃运动作出了重要贡献。湘鄂赣苏区艰难曲折的英勇斗争,在中国共产党的历史上有着极其重要的历史地位和作用:有力地配合了中央苏区的反"围剿"斗争;走出了英雄的红军部队到其它苏区;实践和丰富了毛泽东的"工农武装割据"思想;培养造就了一大批优秀干部,积累了丰富的经验。在湘鄂赣苏区这片洒满烈士鲜血的红土地上,革命先辈们创造的不朽业绩和可歌可泣的英勇事迹彪炳史册。

The Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Soviet Area was an important red area established under the leadership of the CPC during the period of agrarian revolution,being one of the six soviet areas in the country.Located in the border area of three provinces of Hunan,Hubei and Jiangxi,it was founded and developed based on the mass＇s revolutionary struggle around the Autumn Harvest Uprising.Peng Dehuai,Teng Daiyuan,Huang Gongluei,and other revolutionists fought hard on this red land,writing down a great chapter of national independence and people＇s liberation,and making great contribution to Chinese soviet movement.The brave struggle of this soviet area played a very important role in the history of the CPC： it provided support for the counter-encirclement campaign of the Central Soviet Area,cultivated forces of the Red Army for other soviet areas,practised and enriched Mao Zedong＇s thought of ＂armed independent regimes of workers and peasants＂,trained a batch of excellent cadres and accumulated enriched experiences.The immortal achievements and heroic exploits created by the revolutionary predecessors on the red land of Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Soviet Area will be recorded in the history.
