采用问卷调查、数理统计和文献资料等方法,对广东省欠发达地区的城乡居民的体育锻炼行为进行问卷调查。总结了居民参与体育锻炼的行为其影响因素的分析,以及促进其积极参与体育锻炼措施。

Using questionnaires,statistical and mathematical methods such as literature,less developed regions of Guangdong Prov-ince,urban and rural residents in the conduct of physical activity questionnaires.Summarizes the behavior of residents to participate in physical exercise its influence analysis of the factors,and promoting their active participation in physical activity measures.
