摘要
目的:观察平原和高原一次力竭运动前后反映机体代谢指标的变化,探讨急性低氧暴露及低氧预试应力竭运动后短时恢复期间代谢指标的变化规律,旨在为高原训练监控提供敏感指标。方法:以北京体育大学9名本科学生为研究对象,分别为常氧,常压低氧以及急性低氧暴露12小时后进行一次力竭运动。分别采集运动前后恢复期相关代谢指标。结果:急性低氧运动组力竭运动后代谢指标呼吸商和代谢当量较低氧预适应运动组有显著性上升。AD和NA无显著性差异。结论:呼吸商和代谢当量可以作为敏感指标反映机体对低氧暴露的适应情况。
Objective: To observe the plains and plateaus before and after an exhaustive exercise to reflect changes in body metab-olism,exposure to acute hypoxia and hypoxic pre-test should be short-term recovery after exhaustive exercise metabolism during the changes of altitude training is designed to monitor provide sensitive indicators.Methods: Beijing Sports University nine under-graduate students for the study were normoxic,hypoxic,and acute exposure to hypoxia for 12 hours after a exhaustive exercise.Were collected before and after exercise recovery-related metabolic markers.Results: Acute hypoxia exercise group after exhaus-tive exercise lower respiratory quotient and metabolic equivalents of oxygen preconditioning exercise group significantly increased.AD and NA was no significant difference.conclusion: respiratory quotient and Metabolic equivalent can be used as sensitive indi-cators reflect the body's adaptation to hypoxia exposure.
