区域创新系统研究述评与展望

Review and Prospect of the Regional Innovation Systems

区域创新系统是近年来国内外区域经济研究的热点,随着我国地方创新活动日益活跃和科技投入不断增加,多层次、各具特色的区域创新发展格局逐渐形成,推动了区域创新系统研究不断取得新的进展。对我国未来区域创新系统建设的理论依据、研究方法和实践领域等深入研究,是科学指导区域创新系统建设的重要基础。本文对国外区域创新系统主流理论的研究背景、理论体系基础、研究单元、分析框架和研究方法进行了梳理,对区域创新系统现状及未来发展趋势进行评价和展望,指出了目前区域创新系统研究存在的主要问题,并提出了区域创新系统的进一步研究方向。

Regional innovation systems has evolved into a widely used analytical framework of regional economics. With the increasingly active in our local innovation and technology investment, the multi-level and distinctive regional innovation systems have been developed gradually. At the same time, the practices of building regional innovation system also promote the theoretical progress of regional innovation system. The study of theoretical basis, research methods and practice areas in the establishment of regional innovation systems is very important for our future development. The paper reviews the main ideas and arguments of foreign in the background, theoretical foundation, the unit of analysis, framework and methodology of regional innovation system theories; then evaluates the current discourse and unresolved issues; also, concludes the prospect of the studies on regional innovation systems.
